Friday Night Power Plays

Ottawa (+110) at Carolina:

Ottawa has been playing very solid hockey winning their last two. They have played well on the road going 3-1. Ottawa is also benefiting from a healthy injury free line-up. On the other hand, Florida is already pretty banged up and has only played average hockey at home going 2-2. Ottawa’s defense is allowing less than two goals per on the road, while scoring almost 3. Take Ottawa here.

Dallas/Anaheim over 5.5 (Even)

Dallas is not living up to expectations so far this season, but they can still score goals averaging almost 3 a game, however slightly less on the road. I think tonight they pick-up their goals scoring on the road based on Anaheim’s defense giving up almost 3 per. Anaheim is averaging over 3 goals per game, while Dallas’s defense is giving up almost 4 goals. Look for this one to hit the over.

Are you doubling up because you lost yesterday or because you feel stronger about these picks?

  2. Brandon says:

I really like these picks tonight. Sometimes I think you can double up to make up for past losses, but you have to really like those picks and really do your homework. The most I double up is 3x, but after that I just count my losses and move on. Thanks for the comments, I was wondering if anyone was reading. Good Luck tonight.
